Can we make this simpler with three interlocking gears working in harmony? We like the option of spelling out the association's name.

I've looked at your other work and really like the following designs you've created:

Skin Resolution
Nursanlar

Please use techniques from any of those designs and apply to this logo and any other logos you may think of for NDMC.

I think we may have something here. Feel free to play around with the colors and add the words "Manufacturing Success".

We've looked at this design and all variations of the 'tree' design. We'd like you to give us a range of variations of this design so we have a 'package' to choose from.

One change: Drop NDMC and place the logo above 'North Dakota' to look like it's growing out of the words.

We believe there is potential with this logo so please play with it and feel free to give us some other unique and 'out-of-the-box' options.
