Hi Muji - Can you make me a version of #68 with the words North Coast Signs stacked somehow to the right of the logo? You can leave off the tagline, or run it under the entire combined arrangemet. I'd like to see how you think a horizontal version of this layout could look. Thanks!
I like them. Just noticed it looks like there are 4 different fonts in play between the NCS letters in the icon and the other 3 elements. If you could look to revise them to limit to 2-3 fonts max, that would help. I tend to think fonts with round edges feel better to me with this (like the word Signs or the tagline) than the one with sharp corners like in North Coast. I'm open to suggestions or your creative ideas as well. Thanks!
Hi Muji - Much improved. I'd like to see an option using #224 with the tagline running all the way below the logo, as in #223. On that version please also compress the font of North Coast Signs a bit, as it looks a bit too stretched out for my taste. The line weight of the text may also be a bit heavy when you shorten it, but I do like the font. If you can just lighten it up a bit, that might work. Thanks!
Hi Muji - Sorry for the slow reply. I was out running errands this afternoon. I like version #242 very much! Can't think of anything else to request at the moment. Will probably just sleep on them all tonight and take another look in the morning and go from there. Thank you!
Okay - I do have one thought before logging off tonight - Could you try making the line thickness of the font on 'SIGNS' a bit thinner? It just feels very heavy to me in the overall weight. Maybe try a very dark gray color on it instead of the dark black it looks like now? The combination of both adjustments might help the overall balance of the design. Also, if you have a chance, I would like to see a version with no shading in the icon - just a solid gray and solid blue element. Want to see how it would work when printed on things in solid colors. Thanks again.
Thanks again. Nice work. I would like to see if you can take #255 now and make the word 'SIGNS' and the tag line a bit darker (I know, I asked you to go lighter, but maybe just split the difference between black and this gray)? :)
