Like the dynamic approach to these designs, and use of color. Feels to me a bit like a sports team logo for some reason. Would be interested to see some variations on the icon with the waves, sun and birds - possibly in different relationships to the logo - i.e. larger sun? Something as a separate icon perhaps? FYI - I also like the work in your portfolio for Blue Horse Homes and Town & Country Builders if you want to take a shot at something in that vein as well.
