This design is too hard to read at a distance with the fonts chosen. I like the concept but the bird's head needs to be more generic and the scripted font changed.

not sure what you mean by more generic head... but will try.

you say you want realistic in the general comment but aid you wanted generic in the comment to me... this is confusing - sorry.

suggestion for your banner may be to use actual photos of birds as the background or border with a clean simple logo printed in center ....
