I like where you are going with this design. The other coaches are wanting to get away from our "muscled up" looking baseball player. Could you make the player look more like a traditional ball player? Also, Our team nickname is Out Cast. I thought it would look cool if you could incorporate an interlocking OC on the baseball cap of the player.
