I like the dark blue background, the colors and the writing. can you add a little more color and change the cross to something else.

Please note I DON'T want anymore the word NorCal in big. I like your design very much please change them to be without showing only the word NorCal and showing the full name of the business NorCal Endocrinology & Internal Medicine next to the logo object (not based on the word NorCal) Do you understand?
