I like where you are going with this idea. I like the contrast between the "noble" font and the "mortgage field services", I think it makes "noble" stand out more (which is what I want). I like the combination of colors, the green, cream, and blue do go well together.

I would though, like to see a different color for the outer layer than the green. There is just a little too much green in it for me, perhaps a little less green, or a different shade of green.

also im not sure if you noticed but the colours inside the house shape (simply) represent a beach scene with water, sand, grass and sky =)

Don't really like the blue outline. We like the icon better on top of the text. I like where you are headed with the idea, there is just something missing for me, but I can't put a finger on it.

Can you play around with the idea? and show me different variations?

making the house shape into an 'N' mark
i really like this one, its very simple but i think that makes it quite powerful and memorable. not to mention it will be extremely versatile because of the simplicity

another simple / powerfull mark, this time creating a lowercase 'n' with the arc through the house shape.
i think an arch is a great symbol to use because it fits perfectly with words like "strength" "balance" and "trust"
you see an old archway made of stone and even its its hundreds of years old you know its not going to fall down anytime soon.
