Everything seems pieced together. I'm not seeing a real flow to the design

I like the welder guy. I don't like the text plate. I like the older version better. The welder guy maybe more detailed and larger. Maybe he can be Welding the Ark. Almost like he's building it

When I look at the logo. It's not speaking welding to me. I noticed the ( ' ) looks like the guys privates are sticking out of his pants. I need a metal theme with this Noah's Arc.

Let's keep moving with your other option

I like the placement of this text. I would like to see a different background. Maybe a sunset. Could you change the blue in the text of Noah's Arc to molten metal? Great direction so far!
