Hi Adam,
Thanks for your submissions. I like what you did and would like you to combine what you did in # 18 and #19.
It appears to me the coloring you used for "NJL" differs from both designs. I like #19 better.
I don't like the light colored illustration under the NJL in either design....it would not show up on promotional clothing (embroidery).
I don't like the arrow through the NJL...I'm not crazy about what you did with NJL on #18, although I don't have a suggestion.
Overall, I like these and think they are close. I hope my feedback is of value to you. Thank you and I appreciate your efforts.
