Regarding the map part i can guarrantee that the map will be visible looks since it is light gray color that have strong contrast with NJ word, but still maintaining the focal point of bright red JOE part.
Really appreciate if you could give more direction for my logo design.

I like your design but Joe is more important than NJ so wrong J is larger. Not sure if colors should be swapped or stay same. TY

prefer lower case o and e not necessarily smaller just lower case
