I really like this. I didn't think I'd settle for something a bit more cute/feminine but you made it work. I can't tell but are the sparkles white? If they're the light blue that's fine, I'd like light blue better if they're white. The horizontal placement works better than your other one. I really don't think I'd change anything here to be honest. Like I'd be curious to see it in black and white, but the colors work. Try a different font for "Night Owl", but keep this entire concept as is. I like it a lot.
