Hi, I think you've gone backwards with this one. The & is too busy with the circles around it and the fonts and colors have become too severe. I prefer one of your earlier designs.

I'm liking the logo to the left, but perhaps the fonts and colors can be loosened up a bit. Could you add the "&" to the middle of the logo? Exciting start, hoping to see more.

I think this is the beginning of a good idea and worthy of further refinement.
