I think this logo is simple already. it's simple with several details/personality. but not minimalist like more corporate logo.

too simple just make your logo too generic and similar with other's logo. you like bird and tree, why not express it in your logo to present "yourself". your logo is more personal.

this is literally my favorite but with looking at everything and thinking on a bigger picture and speaking with other agents, they are right the more simple the better. Can we (and I hate that I am even saying this because I LOVE this so VERY much) make THIS design more simple?
