Please don't mind to ask about any change to improve the logo.
Just remember that to be allowed during the "Selection Winner period" the designer should be ranked first.... after you ran rerank again.

Thank you for your submission! We like the design of either #95 or #143, but the "e" at the end of Niche is a little weird. Can you adjust the "e"? Maybe flatten the "e" like in #96, but still match the font of #95 and #143.

#163 is the more "mixed" concept for the "e" from the original submission... but more readable... just my opinion

We like the "e" of #158, with the lighter orange color, and the overlapping dots in this color order from left to right:
Orange, Brown, Black

#168 is the #158 with lighter orange (but I'm not sure if really is this) and the dots in the order that you commented
#169 is the version with grey

Can you rework #168 with a dark grey dot instead of a black dot, and "Coaching & Consulting" underneath (in dark grey) instead of the slogan?
