NextGen Education LeadershipLogo Design Contest

I'm reviewing the designs with two colleagues of mine. There are a few ideas we're kicking around re: Entry #54:
- could we see this with the logo reversed, so the person is on the left side of the logo?
- are there other color choices you might suggest? We like the blue & green, although just about every design suggestion that has come in has used these colors
- I like the relative sizing of the 'education leadership' text from entry 27 - could that text be made more prominent in #54?
