I understand... you might want to let them know that using house shapes rooftops etc is the most overused cliche when we talk about real estate logos and is considered cheesy among professional designers .....that being said I would recommend avoiding the use of any roofs and houses... if you want your logo to stand out it is logical that you dont want to use the same graphic representation as most of your competition.. just my 2 cents
I am not allowed to directly point out weaknesses of other designs but I can definitely talk about the strengths of mine...
All of my designs with a door in the letter N are versatile in terms of being a wordmark and having an icon to use..... what I mean is that the N can be detached and used as a standalone icon without losing its meaning. - the N stays for 'next' and the door is present as a graphic element...
