I like the brightness of #19, but don't really understand the meaning of the abstract mark.

Bars above leaf are progress Bars.. Rising

I like the layering effect in #20 and #21, but don't like the leaf in the middle. I like the professionalism and clean look of both logos.

One picky point. Slogan part reads: Life Transitions. (with a "s" for plural).

I like #21 and its layering effect, but do not like the leaf.
