I like your style. I see this as the preppy look I like. For my logo I see: The "T" in Newport being an anchor and maybe a brides veil somewhere in the "unveiled". I see maybe a state map of Rhode Island behind the image. I like the nautical look. The seahorse is very cute. Now that I see this I am torn but I was thinking more: Lobster Starfish sailboat and navy/white nautical stripes
