Thanks for your designs. Much appreciated. Am I correct in assuming that #67 will work just as well on white background, without any need to change any colours. I prefer it to the block colours in #61. The gradual way the colour gets lighter helps to communicate the change message.
I am glad you liked my work, it took me sometime and i almost don't make it to submit, after a good number of sketches finally i felt it was an interesting graphic at the center, i am in favor of block colors but gradients offer the message you mention, i will submit a new entry using white background using the same color gradient combo as entry #67, i believe my design works perfectly in both cases, orange color gives subtle energy and contrast to the design, if you have suggestions feel complete free asking for any additional tweak.
I am really torn between your designs and those I have ranked above. The only concern I have with your design is the lack of an obvious leaf somewhere in it. I wonder if a leaf could be incorporated into the letter L. Still in a modern looking way nothing too elaborate but I think the curvy nature of the letter could lend itself to it becoming a leaf with the use of a line down the middle of it...
