Hello, thank you for your review, sir. Please check my latest revision. Is it as is, or does it still need improvement?

I prefer the darker orange seen in one of the other top ranked logos. I like the line on the side of the circle, thinking I also will want the “NM” in orange which you currently have. I wouldn’t mind seeing some other color combos for the outer ring (maybe black lettering with white where the black is). Also possibly a & symbol instead of “and”. Just want to see what that would all look like. Thank you this logo looks awesome!
