Rick -
First let me say God Bless your ministry. We have heard that God is moving in great ways in the UK! My father has been a pastor for 30 years, and we have experienced the joys...and trials of ministry life. I Always take a different approach when designing Church logos because I recognize the importance of what they represent, and I feel I have an understanding of the message that is being conveyed.
I generally stay away from generic imagery (Crosses etc...) unless they are requested. This icon needs to represent YOUR ministry, and speak of what YOUR calling is for it.
I chose these entries for your contest because I thought they spoke of YOUR message.
#113 | A Horizon that shows a bright future...A New life.
#114 | A butterfly. I think its a beautiful image of what happens when Christ transforms us.
#115 | A butterfly made up of hearts. This shows that the metamorphoses needs the love of other believers to guide those who have yet to experience the change. Please feel free to offer any suggestions or feedback.
#117 | A heart takes flight with the support of its members
Thanks again,
Paul
