#22 - This is very interesting. Could you use a more modern typeface such as #17 and have the same size and weight to all the letters. Currently "On Life" is what stands out. Also use the same color green for "USA" so that it doesn't stand out as much. Could you use the profile of a different dog - one that looks more like a bulldog or an American Staffordshire Terrier? Finally add the tagline "Improving the life of inmates and saving the lives of dogs."
