I made a mistake on the slogan because I put last year's vs this years... sorry about that... instead of outstanding is the standard it should be "Challenges are temporary, growth is forever."
I like 3 and 4. The other designs I like are in the shape of a shield... not sure if I love the circle concept... Is there another shape or layout that you can think of.
