Back then people could do things like that and enjoy them. I guess it was renovated because stone looks clean. I could make myself any detail of it but all composition is beyond my imagination. And artist is unknown! 8 years ago blakeu commented on #22 Looking better. If you can reduce the "TREET" and "TATION" to about 65-70% of the S i think that would do it. 8 years ago blakeu commented on #20 The facade was made around 1903 and it is either stone or terra cotta with white glaze. It is amazing and I was surprised I couldn't find anything about it on the web. 8 years ago sculptor commented on #20 I've made three versions with two different fonts and sizes for "L Street". Do you possibly know who designed and made this facade? I'm also a sculptor and I really admire this work. Great composition and it looks like it was made of genuine stone. Open cracks between stones create impression of some ancient origin. That's really something even if it was made of plastic which I doubt - but everything is possible in USA.. 8 years ago blakeu commented on #13 It keeps getting better. Can you change the "L STREET STATION" to where the "TREET" and "TATION" are still caps but a smaller scale. I feel the L gets lost in all those large letters. 8 years ago sculptor commented on #13 The one with letters "Edison" closer to the original. 8 years ago blakeu commented on #9 Awesome 8 years ago sculptor commented on #9 Sorry for the typo. I've made requested changes plus some minor touch ups. 8 years ago blakeu commented on #5 Also 'Resources' is spelled wrong on the logo. 8 years ago sculptor commented on #5 Now I see them! I didn't know what you mean because my eyes were parsing only stone and spikes were of different color/material. I will post revision soon. 8 years ago blakeu commented on #5 Can you do one with the three spikes coming out of the head. 8 years ago blakeu commented on #5 Wow. Looks great 8 years ago blakeu commented on #2 It's for a t shirt sweatshirt mainly so little busy isn't too bad. 8 years ago sculptor commented on #2 Thanks for your positive feedback. Of course I can add this text but I'm afraid logo will become much too busy. Anyway, i will give it a try. 8 years ago blakeu commented on #2 Great job on the Mercury! I'd like to capture the spikes on it head, the roman numerals MCIII and the EDISON. With a ring around it "New England Abatement Rescources * MCM Mgmt Corp * Local 6" and a Title on top "L Street Station". 8 years ago
