Apologies for the late reply.

Having shortlisted all the submissions, I think the font for NEW BUILD SALES can be changed to something perhaps not so BOLD and more professional...

In regards to the icon, we're looking for something that can be used and is transferable across all our company brands. As mentioned before, we have two other companies - NEW BUILD INVEST and NEW BUILD LETS.

We'd like an icon with more emphasis on the NB new build part of the business, which can also be used across all our branding and marketing for the 3 companies..

Designs are not limited to conveying just the NB lettermarks - if you have any ideas we of course welcome the any new concepts - however, emphasis on the design for NB seems most logical.

I hope this all makes sense - Please feel free to ask if you would more clarification on what we are looking for.

We really like the design, and after some discussions at length we'd like to explore more design concepts for the NBS icon.

Similar to our previous icon for City Quays, (please see our attached files) we're looking for an icon to represent the company.

We look forward to any ideas you have.

Using this concept, could we see the colours reflected in NBS icon? e.g. NB in white and S kept as green?

Also, would love to see a few more different concepts within the next few hours so that we can make a solid decision when blind phase ends.

Would it be possible to see more designs from you, perhaps lettermark logos of NBS?

Love the logo, especially the top half.

Would like to see how the design will look with a dark background, so could we see some variations on this design and have 'NEW BUILD SALES' incorporated into the dark grey/black background, perhaps with our slogan too?
