Your ideas are fresh. thanks for exploring. Just not preferred over others. I notice you use a lot of straight edge fonts, maybe try slightly more curved fonts...?

This softer gray is nice as well.

Thinking about proportion after the changes requested above... the NB may look best not so close to the edges, but smaller withing the shape.. Softer color vs darker color like would be good to see both. Thanks man.

Also, some comments are its too blocky, so maybe a fix would be to this exact treatment but with a font that has more curves. We like how the B is intertwined with the cross like this. a font that can pull this off with rounded edges could be great, would just take some customizing of one

They like this, but had issues with the B looking like an "a". Also, with a new focus on NB, do you think you could try something representing just New Beginnings - either with the name and NB with icon, or just NB with name, or NB alone. I like the cool dark gray, if you add to the concept, maybe a pop of 1 color (on an icon) would be cool to see and a nice contrast.

I like this, but they fell the name gets lost, and feels more like 3s. The play on NB will be more of a focus now rather than the NBCBC. so see if you can come up with something better there...

We're working on a building... i like this. I'm worried that when we more to our new building - this may be an issue - love the concept of the shaded colors within the wired/outlined mark.
