UPDATE: Many programs are not degree or academic focused. they may simply be job training, general behavioral supports and also there are some arts/music programs. Graduation caps or academic achievement images are not appropriate. I would focus on abstract images or a person feeling empowered or achieving their goals, achieving more independent lives, a person becoming more happy and focused.

#3 #6 #7 #13 #12 #11 #10 #9 #8 #5 #4 #2 please see update regarding image preferences. Fonts are relatively plain and uninspired, I understand it's a lot of words to incorporate into a single logo so will take some creativity to go beyond just a lot of plain text.

With entry #3 I still see a graduation cap on the person which would need to be removed
