Dont be afraid to play with single letters in the words to make it stand out and catch more attention. Clean and less bold for sure.

I had something a little more realistic in mind, more modern, more digital people connecting around the world in the logo. not as bold and tech looking perhaps. Definitely a great design, you're on the right track, looking forward to seeing more designs from you!
