#2 - I like the "real estate group" at the bottom and that the main area has a background color, but I'm looking for something that's a little less bold... maybe a bit more whimsical?

Also, could we try one that has 'nest' and 'atlanta' in lowercase?

#3 - I liked that you made "nest" stand out, I just wasn't sure about the font used or the house
