Hello. I like this logo design th best. I am curious though, I plan on trademarking this. So will I have all of the rights to this? And will I be receiving all of the names, NMs, the name spelt out etc...or only one? Also.... there is a possibility that I may use this but with a different name. Fenx180. Is this ok and will I still have all the legal rights to trademark this if I change the name?

Is it possible to change the black to purple? And make the font a bit more fluid. Also, if it's not too much to ask can you just put NNS...Its all about perspective.
