Hi, here is my first design for your consideration. Thanks!

This logo is actually perfect... I don't think there is anything you could do to make it better. It's not quite the look we were going for with the serif font... it's a little too corporate looking... reminds us of a law firm or something. But it is very good. If you think you could tweak it to be a little more clean like #5 that would be great.

Wow! Well perfect isn't a word a designer hears very often on a first or second attempt. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and to getting you just the design you're looking for. I've used the same abstract mark with two new sans serif font choices. I kept the lettering thin for that clean look, but I'm happy to keep working on both the text and the abstract mark if you like. But simple is typically a good thing as logos go, and I think we definitely have that going for us here. Thanks so much!

I was afraid that if you used a sans-serif font with that mark it wouldn't look as good and I think I was right. It's actually a little frustrating because #7 really is excellent but I don't think there's a whole lot you could do to make it less "corporate" without messing it up. It's just not the look we're going for... but feel free to surprise us!

Hi, here's another pass at your logo. I was trying to think non-corporate, keep it simple, and try to impart some meaning in the abstract mark. I was thinking that since a notary signs documents, and there's that old thing about signing at the X (or even the idea that a person could use an X as a signature), so I used a simple x cut out of a circle. An X alone, kept simple, just looked like a letter and not an abstract. Also, there's a vague hint of the tips of pencils or pens in the resulting shapes. That's what I was thinking anyway. Hope you like it! Thanks.

Well, as I said in my comment on the main contest page... since we offer more of a management service and not so much the actual signing service, we were looking for something more along the lines of flowing paper or something more symbolic of management... and we also wanted to avoid using N's in any type of mark. But I liked your N a lot mostly because it wasn't as obvious as some of the others.

Hi, here is another attempt at your logo. I must say that so far, this is a challenging contest! It's very difficult to find the space between simple, clean, and not corporate while providing a logo mark for software that manages notary services. I'm actually quite intrigued by the niche you're filling with this software (in relation to my full time job). Do you have a website yet? Thanks so much for your consideration. I appreciate all the feedback I can get so please keep it coming. And great job on keeping up with the rankings -- we designers appreciate that very much!
