I really like where you are going with this. I'm wondering if you can use the Neon from this and then change the font of Rose to a more simple font. Some variations of this seem really close to what I'm envisioning
Can you try and do an option that looks like a neon sign. Like this https://medialoot.com/item/neon-tubes-font/. You can also stack the words. Or maybe just one of the words is the neon sign and the other is a different font.
