the dash doesn't help some I think. Simple is still the best one.

Blue looks not very match the green. May use the other neon color to match.

I am sorry I may not say it clear to you as I wish the white colors the circle between the outer O with inner blue. Not the Big O white. It doesn't work.

Could you also try this to see how it looks?

I think the circle around blue should be white to stand out blue.

Can you make a different contrast color fill in the O hole so it may look vivid? Same to the other one I selected.

no no, the dots should be as less as could and independent, not contecting.

i got an idea. can you make O conbited with dots then dots use 4 neon colors therefore you get neon feeling but not only lemon and it connects fireworks flower as well.

You are smart to choose the lemon color as it can most stand for neon light color and dreamy scene. i like lemon and we do have such color fireworks. If the logo can be included some fireworks elements, it may be best to meet the logo whole idea. How do you think?

Japanese letter feeling font doesn't work.

Good font design but the name changes much I think.
