How about first N lemon color then FIREWORKS all blue? That is because the first blue N in NEON looks missing.

Is there any way making blue distinct.maybe you need to use glowing. Blue will be look dark on black background.

I may suggest you FIREWORKS just use the normal font to keep NEON standing out. All blue is very dark to see the word.
