Anyway to make the circle look more like a globe?
On the font it might look better it a gradient was used, take a look at the top entries for efffects

In regards to the globes (71) this is more in line with what we would like, but
A. The long/lat lines and continents are a bit busy, can we just make a globe?
B. White - maybe try some different color here (warmer for the blue?)

We like 130 - 131, we will just leave 131 up since only difference is colors
A. We would like to see a inner blue/warm and outer warm/ inner blue version, the harmonious colors are not really working for us
128 - If the N could somehow look more 3d embedded in the blue sphere I think it would work better
