I would be interested in seeing how this looks if you added "North Dakota Motor Carriers Association" across the top in the same font as what is on the bottom.

I like this but don't like the lines in the ND.

I realy like this design but I don't like the lines inside of ND. For the text on the bottom, I might change that to Compliance, Regulatory, Legislative News
