NCAC Annual Meeting 2015Logo Design Contest

each logo has a lot going on - i like #12's use of the bridge. but there is too much text and i don't understand the two dots over the A in NCAC

I am assuming that maybe you could use the NCAC logo separately along with the National Council of Acoustical Consultants from the Annual Meeting logo, and
The 2 dots over the A represent two people handshaking as people do when they usually meet,
