Would 257 & 259 count as the colored background versions of the logo? And 247 & 258 count as the black and white?

Yes offcourse i can.

The designer you choose as a winner should work:
- logo RBG (for screen)
- logo CMYK (for print)
- PNG, JPEG in low, medium and high
- black & white, colored background versions of the logo
* all these should inclued the hard vector files like *.eps | *.ai | *.pdf

You will have acess after the contest to designer e-mail and you can keep in touch in the future.
