We follow your thoughts about the logo: trees, waves, wind and hidden letters and we have decided on a winner. Thank you very much for your contribution and cooperation. We are really satisfied with the final result. 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #394 One more though I have about the density of the particles is that I didn't want to focus on the letters N & V too much, but to hide them somehow inside the symbol. I wanted people to look at this and see the hills, trees, waves, not strictly the letters, so the logo isn't too obvious. Everybody who takes a closer look can notice the hidden letters, but I wanted to logo to stimulate imagination, rather then give a straight forward answer :) I hope you know what I mean :) 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #394 Here is one with both lines of the text in SemiBold 5 years ago Mette commented on #391 Withdrawn Thanks! I'm not really sure how to make the letters become more visible. Perhaps by making the density of the particles even closer? 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #391 Withdrawn Hi there! I'm on it - I'll upload new revisions soon. I'll play with N&V and see what I can do. Were you thinking of changing the density so the particles are even closer together? Tak! 5 years ago Mette commented on #391 Withdrawn Hi again We are close to ending the contest now, but we would very much like to see one more version of this logo, where the two words are both semi bold. We would still like the letters "N" and "V" to appear more clearly in the particles if it is somehow possible? Thank you very much! 5 years ago Mette commented on #386 Withdrawn Thank you once again for new versions! We have not yet decided which of them we like most.. Could you try to make the letters N and V appear more clearly in the particles? Tak! 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #386 Withdrawn Sure, I get it :) Here is one with the top line of text shifted to the right: #391, and here we have reversed colors on both versions: #392 & #393 5 years ago Mette commented on #386 Withdrawn Thank you for the new versions! I think it could work with the text centeret as well as placed in the left side. Nice to see the app-version. It looks really good. Would you try to make a version of #386 where Naturpark is placed a little to the right? Perhaps N in Naturpark above E in Vesterhavet... to make the two words lean like the particles. Hope it makes sense... otherwise let me know and I will try to explain again :-) I would also like to see another version where you swap the colours in the particles - and maybe as well in the text. This because the we geographically have the sea to the left/west and land to the right/east. Just to see if it could work out... Thank you so much! 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #390 Withdrawn Here is an example of a mobile app icon, where the logo works perfectly without the text, and you can clearly see "N" and "V" 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #389 Withdrawn Here is an example with the name in one line and much smaller font 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #372 Withdrawn Hi! Of course! I just uploaded updated versions with new font. #386, classic narrow version with the logo mark placed on top and everything is centered: #387, and also an alternative modern layout, when the logo mark is placed on top, but everything is aligned to the left, so the text layout remains unchanged, therefore the text looks exactly the same no matter if the horizontal or narrow version of the logo is being used: #388. I think it's worth considering. Please let me know what you think. Tak! 5 years ago Mette commented on #372 Withdrawn Hi, thank you for the new smaller verions of the logo. We like your logo very much and would like to see some more variations of it. We would like to see text in Montserrat as the logo will often be used side by side with another logo in this font. Naturpark in Montserrat Semi Bold. Vesterhavet in Montserrat Bold. Would it be possible to make a narrow version of the logo, where the text is placed below the particles? Mange tak! 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #168 Withdrawn Of course. I uploaded both previews in a much smaller format, so you can compare them: #383, #384 5 years ago Mette commented on #168 Withdrawn Thanks. I think the new one with denser particles looks really good, but I will take your advise into account about how it will work in tiny scale... I'll get back to it. 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #168 Withdrawn Here is one with denser particles: #372 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #168 Withdrawn I'll give it a try, my initial thought was that if the particles are too dense, it might not work out when the logo is used in a very small format, I tested this one and it still looks very clean and clean in a tiny scale. I thought I'd share it with you as I'm taking into account all possible scenarios and I want to make sure that the logo will work great :) Tak! 5 years ago Mette commented on #168 Withdrawn Thanks - it works in grayscale and black&white. Would you try to increase the amount of particles to increase the density a little? Tak! 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #168 Withdrawn Hi, not a problem at all! Of course, I just uploaded new grayscale and black&white variants. Please let me know what you think. Tak 5 years ago Mette commented on #168 Withdrawn Hi, thanks for the logo. I like it very much! Would you mind making a black/white version of it? 5 years ago itDiffers commented on #168 Withdrawn Hallo, here is my concept for your logo. My idea was to come up with a clean symbol which represents most of the aspects of your park, so, particles represent sand, dunes, colors focus on green trees, landscape, blue particles represent sea, lakes, the symbol shows movement as well, which represent wind and waves. There are also letters "N" and "V" hidden inside the symbol, so it can be easily recognisable even without the text. I also chose clean and modern typography which is highly readable even from the distance. All in a minimalist Scandinavian taste. I hope you like it and I'm awaiting your thoughts. Tak 5 years ago
