I rotate the cat to fix the view and lower the flower so it's not floating. I rearange the colours on the ribbon.

logo needs better balance, the dog and cat are facing different directions in silhouette, flower and ribbons are off balance, flows to nowhere, still like the concept

try Reverse the silhoette, if you notice in our other logos the flower changes in size but stays same direction and angle, would like to keep that consistent

The flower image seems too thin, wispy. Let's try taking the stem off the flower and rest the flower on top of the u. We might need to simulate something in the u for the flower to grow in.

I don't care for the Flower above the t. what if you made the "u" pot and planted the flower there? Just an idea, it may not work. I like the fonts you've used; the contrast.
