NAPCLogo Design Contest

a round emblem so it can be used as a 'seal' the image of the wheels of progress done in an artistic way. This image can be done in different colors - here used the blue violet of 'prosperity' and the grey/green of skills and wisdom. Easy to read clean font at small sizes. Feedback and ratings appreciated.

This looks more like machinery or a police force. More like a blue collar union logo than a professional service.

I'm not necessarily opposed to a round emblem, but this isn't it.
