Here's the life ring in the blue of your other logo. On this one I'm using the same modern, sans serif font, just a bit lighter weight, so that the emphasis is on 65. I'll be here and will respond promptly to any additional requests.

Thank you for your ranking! I've changed the layout a bit on this one. You could use the 65 graphic element in front of the text also, as I am showing in #97. The round 65 graphic would be a great URL or favicon for future use. I hope you like it and will respond quickly to your feedback!

I'm experimenting with different font styles and color combinations, still keeping the blue/dark gray on your other logo, adding the red for the life preserver. : )
