we really like this attempt - the positioning of the hands is nice, I like how it's enclosed in the circle, I like the font. Perhaps to improve this logo, you could replace the sun-like symbols with two tea leaves, taking the steam off the cup, changing the triangle on her forhead to pointing upward (and perhaps a little bigger), and her earings being triangles as well. I would experiment a bit with the color, especially of her face (maybe not blending it with the background, and seeing how other earth-tone colors work instead of green would be helpful)
