do you think that this is to girly? my target audience is like 25 years old - 40 years working in big companies. I really love that logo but I'm not sure if it looks serious enough.

it looks a bit like a movie title in a dvd.. I like the mix of black and pink..how would it look if we remove the slogan and play with the juxtaposition of the words? also, can we play with different shapes and sizes ?
