Since we can spend some time with you now, I just wanted to run some other ideas by you. Any other mountains you want to try? Maybe ones more abstract, like as a series of triangles? Or putting a lake in the bottom of the "e"?

Can you make the letters 100% black. They look like a dark gray right now, which makes the letters look a little washed out.

We definitely want the same green used for both the mountain and the tagline--it is just a matter of finding one that is dark enough to look like trees, and light enough to not be confused with black when the logo is small.

And can you do the reverse as well--using the green that is in the tagline and put it into this mountain, like you did in #333? (We like this mountain design being inside the "o".)

A couple more suggestions if I may:
Can you try the same design but with the mountains green?
Can you also try it with the mountains flipped?
Can you try it with the neo letters overlapping slightly, with the n appearing over the e, and the e over the o? This may mean that the blue wave needs to stick out slightly lower so it doesn't hit the e.
Since the third mountain is fairly small, it may not be well seen on smaller logos, so perhaps it can be eliminated, which might require the mountains to move to the right slightly in this design.

Another mountain and water design that looked effective is that of Vancouver Island university--the mountains were really simple. See it here: https://www.viu.ca/

This is better. Another thought is to use the mountain design in #310, keeping it within the "o"

Could I see a version of this with the wave below the mountain in blue (to represent water), and change the bottom green to the gray so it is a part of the overall "O"

Looks great! The bottom of the "O" doesn't line up with the rest of the "O". Can you make that tweak so it looks like the "O" is continuous?

Can I see a version of this logo with a different mountain? Something more unique. Also make the 'o' the same colour (the dark gray) as the 'ne'

If you have one layer of water, the mountain can be lower, and the top of the O can be thicker, to match the other two letters?

Can you try this in lower case? One level of water is better I think. Perhaps the water can look more like a swoosh as opposed to multiple small points which are hard to see when the logo is small

Although we like the idea of what you have done with the letter "O", we think it is too busy, with details you cannot see when the logo is small. Can you simplify the water perhaps to a single layer, and more or less preserve a single band that is the top of the "O"? Or have the top of the "O" look like a mountain or mountains?

oh, I understand now. I don't think most people would see that though

actually for that part it describes the negative space of the sunset. maybe if I change the color to orange it will be clearer.

I sense that this looks like a point on a Google map, but, what do the four chunks imply?

I like this concept. Could you try without the wave and make the "O" more of a compass, which you started with the arrows. I'd like to see more variations of this logo
