i think balance of shape, colour & size more important in logo design.

choose flat color for your logo (not gradation) Is easy to put on another media like : print, embroidery, clothing

Please switch the orange into "Klein" blue.

Please also try and add a square or rectangle (figuring the portal), around the flame or the brand.
