This is somehow interesting, but please work with alternatives - maybe another way of arranging the name, sizing of letters, colours etc

Grateful for your improved logo - but please think about other fonts and colours

Can you try to:
Work with alternatives of blue, green and yellow colours ( something like the BP logo )
Make the text with gradient
Possibly take the symbol and twist around and put the M inside somehow see : http://www.clear.us.com/

Have you tried to se if it works with the logo around the M ?
