maybe you could bring in some more medicine-specific items like an ECG-Line, a first-Aid red lamp or something like that
acutally your #23 is my favorite. it could even be better, if you try to get a symbol of a (paper-)file in it, because many patient associate this with "medical doctor´s work"
please feel free to try a single colour as well

Hi! thanks for your feedback! I'll work it out requested suggestions. In fact, "My" pretends symbolize an ECG-line with 2 dots at both ends :-)

#78 and 79: for me it´s too "lovely-heart" orientated, not medical-cloud. Could you try to improve this?
