Entry 4: When this design is copied in black and white, how will the light blue look? Would it be better if the whole background behind the handshake were one color blue? Also, College is spelled wrong in both entries. In the name of the company, I'd like to emphasize the words College Interview, rather than "My college". Also open to other ideas besides the handshake.
entry 10: can I see what the logo would look like if you took out the hands and just used the graduation cap? I like the way you are emphasizing the words "college interview" in this design and in design #8.
Also, can you try to create a logo that depicts the other concept in my description...somehow show that one thing is different from the others (a row of apples with one different from the rest, a line of stick figure people with one wearing a graduation cap, etc?).
i will post some new designs based on your feedback, i have to remove the graduation cap idea as the other designer who used it first saying that i copied his idea of graduation cap... i tried to tell him that its a common element for college idea..but he is insisting me to remove my entries.
I sent an email to LogoTournament to ask about the graduation cap design issue to get their feedback. In the meantime, it is a great opportunity to develop ideas that don't involve the handshake! I appreciate your participation in the design contest. Your ideas have been really good.
#21 and 22: I like both of these. How would they copy in black and white? Also, are the figures wearing ties? It would be better if they were not gender-identifyable in any way. Thank you!
