Like this - but not sure about the arrows off the MW and needs to be but more emphasis on the Banks. M and W are the first initials of two of the partners of the company. Banks is the last name of the other partner. Would like the emphasis and color to be focused on the M, W and Banks equally. Would also like the color of the Teal/torquois to be light, but not bright. Maybe a little more blue vs. green. We liked the idea of having some black and gray too if that works. Also would want the LLC to be in the logo
